    Dunlop Bell - 20th April 2014

CMYC hosted the YASL Dunlop Bell. As YASL successfully (with a bit of help from a few CMYC members) has managed to activate Opti sailing programs within a few of the bigger schools in Colombo there were 16 optimists in the - morning - race. Jeremy De Mel was the fastest Opti sailor of the day followed by Chiraya and Rehan.

In the open race there were 14 boats on the water. Two Navy Gp14s, five CMYC GP14s and seven Navy Enterprises. The two Navy GP14s came first and second and Thomas came third singlehanded.

YASL provided lunch for the sailors and that was topped up by some additional food brought by CMYC members.
