| Sunday the 22/11/09 we will be sailing The Quaich and your OOD will be Duncan. The Quaich (pronounced quake), donated by the Caledonian Society of Sri Lanka in 2007, is a special kind of shallow two-handled drinking cup or bowl in Scotland. It derives from the Scottish Gaelic cuach meaning a cup. Both Personal Handicap and Boat Handicaps will apply. Single Handed sailing is allowed. | |||
